Hormone Optimization · Physician-Supervised Peptides

Your hormones aren’t
a mystery. They’re data.

Vera House pairs personalized nutrition and lifestyle design with lab-verified hormone testing and physician-prescribed peptide therapy — never grey market, never guesswork.

Physician-supervised protocols
Licensed-pharmacy compounded — never grey market
Third-party lab verification
Nutrition & lifestyle built around your labs
The Program

Three parts, one system.

Hormone optimization only works when your labs, your food, and your daily rhythm are pointed the same direction. Vera House is built as one continuous protocol, not three separate services.

01

Lab-Verified Baseline

A full hormone and metabolic panel through a certified third-party lab — not a symptom checklist. Your protocol starts from your actual numbers.

02

Nutrition & Lifestyle Design

A food and daily-rhythm plan built around your labs, your cycle stage, sleep, and stress load — adjusted as your numbers change, not fixed on day one.

03

Physician-Prescribed Peptides

Where clinically appropriate, peptide therapy prescribed by a licensed physician and filled through an accredited compounding or retail pharmacy.

How It Works

From consultation to protocol.

1

Consultation

A conversation with our clinical team about your symptoms, history, and goals — and whether Vera House is the right fit before you commit to anything.
2

Lab Panel

Bloodwork through a certified lab covering the hormone and metabolic markers relevant to your symptoms. Results reviewed with you, not just emailed over.
3

Personalized Protocol

A physician builds your nutrition, lifestyle, and — if appropriate — peptide plan from your results. You’ll know exactly what’s prescribed, why, and its FDA status.
4

Ongoing Monitoring

Follow-up labs and check-ins to adjust the protocol as your hormones respond — optimization is a moving target, not a one-time fix.

We’ll tell you exactly what’s FDA-approved — and what isn’t.

“Not grey market” doesn’t mean “FDA-approved.” Some peptides used in optimization protocols are approved drugs. Others are legally compounded by licensed pharmacies under a physician’s prescription, but have not gone through FDA drug approval. Both can be used safely under medical supervision — but you deserve to know which is which before you start.

FDA-approvedExamples

  • Semaglutide (Ozempic, Wegovy)
  • Tirzepatide (Mounjaro, Zepbound)
  • Tesamorelin (Egrifta)
  • Bremelanotide / PT-141 (Vyleesi)

Pharmacy-compoundedExamples

  • Sermorelin
  • BPC-157
  • CJC-1295
  • Prescribed only, sourced from licensed 503A/503B pharmacies — never research-chemical sites
Everything Included

What’s in the protocol.

Comprehensive Hormone Panel

Full baseline testing through a certified third-party lab, reviewed one-on-one.

Personalized Nutrition Plan

Built around your labs and lifestyle — not a generic macro template.

Physician Oversight

Every protocol, including any peptide therapy, is prescribed and monitored by a licensed physician.

Quarterly Re-Testing

Labs repeated on a set schedule so your protocol adjusts with your body, not against stale data.

Direct Clinical Access

A channel to ask questions between visits instead of waiting for the next appointment.

Sourcing Transparency

Every prescribed peptide’s FDA status and pharmacy source disclosed in writing before you start.

A note on results: This space is reserved for real client outcomes and reviews once the program has them to show. We’d rather leave it honest and empty than fill it with numbers we can’t stand behind — ask us in your consultation for references.
Common Questions

Before you book.

Is this the same as a medspa peptide menu?+
No. Every protocol starts with lab testing and a physician consultation — peptides aren’t sold à la carte off a menu. What’s prescribed depends on your bloodwork and health history.
Where do the peptides actually come from?+
Exclusively from licensed U.S. pharmacies — either FDA-approved manufacturers or accredited 503A/503B compounding pharmacies. Nothing is sourced from research-chemical suppliers or overseas sellers.
Are all the peptides FDA-approved?+
Some are (like certain GLP-1 medications); others are legally compounded under a physician’s prescription but haven’t been through FDA drug approval as standalone products. We disclose the status of anything prescribed to you in writing.
Do I need existing labs or a diagnosis to start?+
No. Most members start with symptoms — fatigue, weight changes, mood shifts, sleep issues — and no prior diagnosis. The consultation and lab panel establish your baseline.
Is this only for menopause or perimenopause?+
No. Vera House works with hormonal changes across postpartum, perimenopause, menopause, and general metabolic or thyroid-related symptoms — your labs determine the protocol, not your age bracket.
What does it cost?+
Pricing depends on your lab panel and protocol, and we’ll walk through it during your consultation before anything is charged. [Insert your actual pricing structure or starting price here.]
