To connect and create healthy empowered with freely practicing doctors. Healthcare for so many (yes, even doctors) has become a convoluted regulated stressful mess of billing, regulations, and big pharma agenda. 

People in the position of “patient” of have given their power away to the savior doctor or pill. Providers in an effort to not be cancelled, not have their licenses pulled, or just plain make a living don’t have the time, liberty, or finances to truly focus on creating change in their patiens. 

My mission is to create two very specific mechanisms to change this. 

One, a world tour documentary giving voice to all the incredible freedom fighter doctors who have been quietly treating chronic illness, curing cancer, and rejuvenating their patients with holistic treatments in spite of efforts to silence them. 

Two, a franchise clinic model enabling practitioners (NP’s, nutritionists, naturopaths, MD etc.) to practice freely with the business structure to be reimbursed through traditional insurance (this is already possible as me how), collaborate on holistic treatments, and create malpractice and legal representation. 

Professional Experience ________________________________________

Strategy & Revenue Growth

  • Profit: from -$500k to $2M in profit in two years
  • Contract negotiation: $1.5m to $1.7m plus $500k in quality based incentives.
  • Contract expansion: won 4 new contracts, acquisition of 2 practices patient load. 
  • Managing Director reporting directly to the board for over 15 staff and 65 providers at 6 locations.
  • Drove the implementation and automation of a new billing system utilized for two hospitals for an on time go-live with budget neutral upgrades. Included workflow creation and automation that saved 2 FTE’s. 
  • Built and ran multiple practices; budget creation, board advisement, strategic planning, and talent acquisition. 
  • Brought a new provider department online in 1 month. 
  • Redesigned outpatient clinic workflow to increase throughput and customer satisfaction including the addition of the company’s largest client.
  • Built a family practice clinic from the ground up in 3 months (twice).
  • Project manager of narrow network insurance product and statewide roll-out.

Training & EQ Leadership

  • Directed hiring, employee coaching, and team building including creation of policies, procedures, and job descriptions.
  • Instrumental in creating a “coaching” culture in the workplace.
  • Authored three technical papers and two employee training manuals. 

Special Projects & Research

  • Wrote a company-wide review, risk assessment, and competition map that resulted in revenue recovery and a promotion.
  • Overhauled corporate bylaws based on California Corporation Code.
  • Served as freelance consultant; market research, business plan writing, and start-up licensing application.
